CHARACTERISTICS: straw yellow. Rich in primary aromas, pleasantly fruity and delicate. Typical scent of hydrocarbons. Pleasantly sour, delicate and elegant.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: ideal with fish dishes, hors d’oeuvres and soft cheeses.
The Riesling is a white grape variety native in the valleys of the Rhine (Germany) where it was already cultivated in Roman times. It’s a noble vine grapes used to produce the most valuable production of white wine of high quality. To enjoy it to the fullest, Rhine Riesling needs to rest in bottle at least two years to evolve into a complex bouquet of aromas and an exceptional taste.
